Today’s lesson is an oldie, but goody. It comes from the strangest of places – The Howard Stern Show! Now, even if you’re not a Howard Stern Fan, there is a great deal to be learned in this episode. About a year or so ago, Stern show funny man Artie Lange had a complete meltdown on the air. It had to do with his personal assistant making several major mistakes. In this episode, I talk about the dangers of a job outgrowing an individual and how to prevent this from happening.
